Location. GHOTEL Hotel and Living Frankfurt Sachsenhausen is located in Frankfurt, Germany, in Sachsenhausen, a fashionable district on the south bank of the River Main. Just 800 metres from the city centre, the hotel lies within easy reach of Frankfurt's principal shops and sights. The Sudbahnhof (southern railway station) is 500 metres away.
Hotel Features. The GHOTEL Frankfurt Sachsenhausen is a modern block, the lower part of its cream fa�ade smartly picked out in blue grey stripes. Shady lawns surround the hotel, providing space to sit outside in fine weather. The hotel has a lift and laundry facilities and offers garage or open air parking (surcharge).
The GHOTEL Frankfurt Sachsenhausen serves a buffet breakfast (surcharge) in the morning. Multilingual staff can suggest some of Sachsenhausen's well known restaurants and cider bars in the evenings.

Expert Tip. One of the best ways to appreciate Frankfurt's dynamic high rise skyline is from the waterfront. A boat trip on the leafy River Main, 1.2 kilometres from the GHOTEL, makes an enjoyable excursion. A dozen of the city's 40 museums are clustered on the southern riverbank along Schaumainkai.

From Frankfurt Airport (FRA):
Distance to GHOTEL Hotel and Living Frankfurt Sachsenhausen is 15 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. There are two passenger railway stations at Frankfurt airport: the Fernbahnhof (long distance) station and the Regional train station. Both can be accessed by a Sky Line monorail or a shuttle bus. Lines S8 and S9 of the S Bahn go to the Hauptbahnhof (central station) and the city centre. Regular buses to the city centre depart from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (level 2). The best way to reach the GHOTEL is to take bus line 61 from Terminal 1 to the Oppenheimer Landstrasse stop. Taxis to the GHOTEL cost 20 25 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Frankfurt's public transport system includes the S Bahn (over ground), the U Bahn (underground), and buses and trams. Tickets are available at most stops for daily or hourly use. The city centre is easily explored on foot. Cycling is a popular form of transport, and many streets have cycle lanes. Taxis can be hailed in the street.
Driving directions. From Frankfurt Airport, follow signs for Frankfurt city centre.
Take the A3 to the Frankfurt motorway intersection.
Take the Frankfurt Sud exit and drive on towards the centre.
After passing the stadium, follow signs for Sachsenhausen, and turn right into Morfelder Landstrasse.
Continue straight on, then turn left after the railway bridge into Oppenheimer Landstrasse.
The hotel is on the right hand side after 200 metres.
